AutoStack exists to make understaffing a solved problem. We believe every business — from a 5-person HVAC company to a 500-person SaaS platform — deserves a full operational team. AI makes that possible at a price point that was never available before.

The headcount model

We don't charge per feature, per seat, or per usage tier. We charge per AI employee — $500/mo each. You hire who you need, when you need them. No contracts, no minimums, cancel anytime.

This model was intentional. We want businesses to think of AutoStack the way they think about hiring — as adding team members, not buying software.

Why “staffing agency”?

Because that's what we are. A staffing agency connects businesses with workers who can do the job. We do the same thing — except our workers are AI employees built for specific roles. Otto, our AI workforce advisor, interviews your business and recommends the right team. Then you deploy them. It's staffing, reimagined.

Security and trust

We build security into every layer — row-level data isolation, encrypted sessions, rate limiting, and strict access controls. Your business data stays yours. Our AI employees operate within defined guardrails and escalate to humans when they should.
