Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoStack provides AI employees — autonomous software agents that perform business operations on your behalf. These AI employees are deployed through our platform and managed via your AutoStack dashboard. By using AutoStack, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and billing

AutoStack uses a headcount pricing model: $500 per month per AI employee. You are billed monthly for each active AI employee in your team. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no minimum commitments. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel any AI employee or your entire subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. You retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation.

4. AI employee terms

AI employees operate autonomously within defined guardrails. They are designed to escalate to human operators when they encounter situations outside their training. AutoStack does not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI employee deployment. AI employees may be updated or improved over time to enhance performance.

5. Service limitations

AI employees are not a replacement for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). They operate based on patterns and training data, and may occasionally produce incorrect or suboptimal outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI employee actions that affect critical business decisions.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate business information during setup, maintaining the security of your account credentials, reviewing AI employee outputs for critical business processes, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of liability

AutoStack's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact legal@autostack.ai.
