Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoStack provides a client onboarding platform: software that helps B2B service businesses collect intake, documents, and account access and coordinate onboarding workflows, with an AI coordinator named Otto. The service is accessed through our platform and managed via your AutoStack dashboard. By using AutoStack, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and billing

AutoStack offers subscription plans starting at $59/month, priced by active client onboardings rather than per seat. Inviting client collaborators is free. Plans are billed monthly or annually, with no setup fees, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months beyond the money-back-guarantee window. You retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation.

4. AI features (Otto)

Otto, the AI coordinator in AutoStack, is assistive and human-reviewable. It checks intake for completeness, drafts reminders and kickoff briefs, and flags what is blocking launch. Otto recommends; your team decides. It does not send contracts or grant account access on its own. AutoStack does not guarantee specific business outcomes, and AI features may be updated or improved over time.

5. Service limitations

AutoStack is not a replacement for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). AI features operate on patterns and training data and may occasionally produce incorrect or suboptimal outputs. AutoStack captures and routes information (for example, the data a law firm needs for a conflict check) but does not make professional determinations on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs and any actions that affect critical business decisions.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate business information during setup, maintaining the security of your account credentials, reviewing AI-assisted outputs for critical business processes, and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of liability

AutoStack's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact legal@autostack.ca.
