AutoStack was founded in 2025 by four co-founders: Riya (CEO), Bhav (CTO), Trace (COO), and Ananya (CFO). Together they built a digital staffing agency that provides AI employees to understaffed businesses across the United States and Canada. Each AI employee costs $250+/month with no contracts. AutoStack's AI workforce advisor, Otto, diagnoses businesses and recommends a personalised team of 1 to 10 AI employees in under 3 minutes.

With a background in marketing & tech, Riya has a deep understanding of the staffing challenges businesses face, so she's on a mission to make understaffing a solved problem.

Bhav architects the technology that powers AutoStack's AI employees. With a background in AI and Data Science, Bhav takes the lead on product builds — from the recommendation engine behind Otto to the inter-agent communication layer that makes our AI employees work as a coordinated team. He ensures that every system is built for scale, is fully secure, and absolutely reliable.

Ananya leads financials and strategic partnerships at AutoStack. Pursuing Finance with a background in fintech and fund management, Ananya brings the financial rigour that turns a bold vision into a sustainable business. She oversees budgeting, investor relations, and funding strategy — making sure every dollar deployed drives measurable growth.
